An independent Viking shop, working in Denver

This is an independent repair shop working on Viking cooking equipment, refrigeration and dishwashers across Denver. Not a call centre selling leads on, and not a manufacturer’s service arm — the person who diagnoses your appliance is the person who repairs it.

Most of what we are called to in this city has a local cause. A range installed without high-altitude orifices burns lazy and yellow. Remodel dust chokes a condenser in a pop-top kitchen. Mineral scale narrows a dishwasher fill tube and a heater loses its grip on temperature. Summer evaporative cooling raises indoor humidity enough to make a built-in sweat along the centre divider. None of that is exotic, but it does need someone who has seen it before.

We work the way the equipment deserves. Diagnosis before parts, a price agreed before the work starts, panel-ready fronts out and back without a mark, and an honest answer when a repair is not worth what it will cost you.

What drives the number

The part and the access, in that order. A visit is a flat $89 covering the trip and the full diagnosis, and that $89 comes off the repair the moment you approve one. You get a firm range for your own appliance before anything is fitted — the bands each job falls into are set out on every repair page.
